Follow me, your personal trainer, who will guide you through the first 6 weeks of your body transformation. Get the SMART program that will help you build muscle and burn fat as efficiently as possible. First, we will schedule an initial consultation and do the body composition measurements. Secondly we will set SMART short-term goals, and based on these, an individually tailored personal program will be drawn up for you, which will guide you through the 6 weeks of fitness training, through proper nutrition – in short, to the desired results. In over a decade of working with clients I have helped many women and men to achieve their goals, often even more than they believed they are able to.
