First, we will schedule an initial consultation and do the body composition measurements. Secondly we will set SMART short-term goals, and based on these, an individually tailored personal program will be drawn up for you, which will guide you through weeks of fitness training and with proper nutrition – in short, to the desired results. Every 2 weeks we will do the body composition measurements to be sure we are on the right path. This will show all the progress you’ve always wanted. Do not hesitate and apply TODAY.
